California, Los Angeles, 12-August-2009 – Round Table Pizza recognizes the importance of being environmentally responsible and has taken initial steps to convert its operations to become energy efficient. In doing this, Round Table Pizza has partnered with Energy Advantage Corp. to quantify and prioritize energy savings opportunities which will be identified through site assessments across facilities in California.
“We are extremely excited to work with Round Table Pizza” says Glen Ferguson, Vice President, US Operations. “They understand the importance of energy management and are passionate about improving their facilities”.
Applying our total energy and environmental management methodology, Energy Advantage will assess, analyze and detail potential energy and environmental opportunities across all spectrums of Round Table Pizza’s operations. Focusing firstly on low cost measures, such as, improving operational and maintenance procedures, re-commissioning, and development of energy retrofit programs, Energy Advantage will develop a portfolio of energy savings opportunities for Round Table Pizza.
Energy Advantage will also identify any government or utility incentives available to support the potential implementation of identified savings measures. Energy Advantage will present Round Table Pizza with a final strategic energy efficiency action plan that will serve as a business portfolio for the on-going management of capital improvement measures in their facilities.
Round Table Pizza’s initiative to identify energy saving measures, and potentially implementing those measures, may results in reduced energy consumption, improved cost savings, reduced risk, and enhanced reputation. Round Tables Pizza’s initial steps demonstrates their forward thinking in energy management.
