Premium Restaurant Brands (Pizza Hut and KFC) Selects Energy Advantage Inc. to Conduct a Total Energy and Environmental Management Assessment across its Mexican Restaurants Chains

Monterrey, Mexico, 22-May-2012 - Energy Advantage Inc., a global leader in providing total energy and environmental management services, is pleased to announce Premium Restaurant Brands (PRB) has selected Energy Advantage to complete a benchmark assessment of its Mexican restaurants chains, KFC and Pizza Hut. Energy Advantage will help PRB understand its current energy and environmental performance to identify energy savings opportunities at its restaurants.

A global leader in chicken and pizza, PRB operates over 350 restaurants across Mexico. With steadily rising energy costs and limited savings from recent energy efficiency projects, Energy Advantage will evaluate PRB's restaurants to identify where its energy costs are being consumed. To begin, Energy Advantage will develop a baseline of its restaurants to zero in on areas where energy costs are significant.

Energy Advantage will evaluate PRB restaurant's energy data, behavioural and operational data and facility details by employing a mix of interviews, energy audits and baseline analysis. Results from the assessment will feed into the creation of PRB's strategic energy and environmental plan.
